Pangkajenne dan Kepulauan – Sebuah insiden kandasnya kapal tugboat dan tongkang terjadi di sekitar Pulau Marasende, Kecamatan Liukang Kalmas, Kabupaten Pangkajenne dan Kepulauan. Kapal yang terlibat dalam insiden ini adalah Tugboat Kaltim Dolphin 10-15 dengan kapasitas GT 124 dan NT 38, serta Tongkang Kaltim FT 36.04 dengan GT 1356 dan NT 407, keduanya berbendera Indonesia.
Kapal yang dinahkodai oleh Yulius Tison Madoi dengan total 10 kru tersebut berlayar dari Tersus PT Marunda Grahamineral Dermaga Dolphin 06 menuju Pelabuhan Malili, membawa muatan MGMCOAL Thermal Coal.
Menurut laporan dari masyarakat setempat kepada UPP Kelas II Maccini Baji, kapal dan tongkang tersebut telah kandas di Pulau Marasende sejak 12 Agustus 2024 akibat cuaca buruk. Anehnya, hingga lebih dari sebulan berlalu, belum ada tindakan nyata dari pihak perusahaan untuk menangani insiden tersebut. Pihak masyarakat juga melaporkan bahwa kapal saat ini telah dalam kondisi kosong.
Pihak perusahaan terkait tidak melaporkan kejadian ini kepada syahbandar setempat, sehingga koordinasi baru dilakukan setelah adanya laporan dari masyarakat. Saat ini, pihak UPP Kelas II Maccini Baji telah mengeluarkan surat pemberitahuan kepada perusahaan untuk segera mengambil tindakan penyelamatan dan penanganan terhadap kapal yang kandas tersebut.
Tindakan lebih lanjut akan terus dipantau untuk memastikan keamanan navigasi dan lingkungan sekitar Pulau Marasende.

Pangkajenne and Islands - A tugboat and barge incident occurred around Marasende Island, Liukang Kalmas Subdistrict, Pangkajenne and Islands Regency. The vessels involved in this incident were Tugboat Kaltim Dolphin 10-15 with a capacity of GT 124 and NT 38, and Tongkang Kaltim FT 36.04 with GT 1356 and NT 407, both Indonesian-flagged.
The vessel, which was captained by Yulius Tison Madoi with a total of 10 crew members, sailed from PT Marunda Grahamineral's Tersus Dolphin 06 jetty to Malili Port, carrying MGMCOAL Thermal Coal cargo.
According to reports from the local community to UPP Class II Maccini Baji, the ship and barge had run aground on Marasende Island since 12 August 2024 due to bad weather. Surprisingly, until more than a month has passed, there has been no real action from the company to deal with the incident. The community also reported that the vessel is currently empty.
The relevant company did not report this incident to the local syahbandar, so coordination was only carried out after reports from the community. Currently, the UPP Class II Maccini Baji has issued a notification letter to the company to immediately take action to rescue and handle the aground vessel.
Further actions will continue to be monitored to ensure the safety of navigation and the environment around Marasende Island.
