Senin, 10 Juni 2024 - Pada pukul 22.04 WITA, stasiun Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) Benoa menerima komunikasi dari MT Titan melalui saluran 67 (CH 67). Dalam komunikasi tersebut, MT Titan menginformasikan bahwa salah satu anggota kru mereka mengalami cedera patah tulang kaki dan membutuhkan evakuasi medis segera.
Pukul 22.10 WITA, VTS Benoa memberikan koordinat lokasi untuk penurunan anggota kru yang sakit kepada tim Search and Rescue (SAR) di Denpasar. Kemudian, pada pukul 23.15 WITA, VTS Benoa kembali berkomunikasi dengan MT Titan melalui CH 67 untuk memberikan informasi posisi tepat pertemuan dengan kapal Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) SAR.
Pada pukul 23.16 WITA, VTS Benoa menginformasikan koordinat pertemuan kepada Basarnas dengan posisi 08°45’52.03”S / 115°15’56.61”E. Selanjutnya, pukul 23.52 WITA, Kapal Motor SAR Arjuna mulai berkomunikasi dengan VTS Benoa melalui CH 67 untuk mempersiapkan RIB SAR yang akan keluar alur guna mengevakuasi anggota kru MT Titan yang cedera.
Komunikasi antara VTS Benoa dan MT Titan berlanjut pada pukul 23.54 WITA untuk memastikan titik penjemputan yang tepat bagi anggota kru yang sakit. Proses evakuasi sendiri dimulai pada pukul 01.00 WITA. Selama proses ini, koordinasi yang intens terus dilakukan melalui CH 67.
Pada pukul 01.10 WITA, MT Titan menginformasikan kepada VTS Benoa bahwa evakuasi telah berhasil diselesaikan dan mereka melanjutkan pelayaran. Konfirmasi akhir diterima dari RIB SAR 02 pada pukul 01.16 WITA, menyatakan bahwa evakuasi telah selesai dengan lancar.

At 22:10 LT, Benoa VTS provided the coordinates for the evacuation location of the injured crew member to the Search and Rescue (SAR) team in Denpasar. Then, at 23:15 LT, Benoa VTS communicated again with MT Titan via CH 67 to give the exact position for the rendezvous with the Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) SAR.
At 23:16 LT, Benoa VTS informed Basarnas of the rendezvous coordinates, located at 08°45’52.03”S / 115°15’56.61”E. This evacuation process, which involved multiple parties, was carried out quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the injured crew member received the necessary medical care as soon as possible.
