Batam - Sebuah insiden tubrukan kapal dilaporkan terjadi di perairan utara Horsburgh, tepatnya di posisi 01° 27.300' N/104° 31.500' E, melibatkan MV Shandong Mission (VRUJ5) yang berlayar dari Singapura menuju Australia, dan tongkang TB Sinhin 5 (9WHQ5) yang berlayar dari Port Klang menuju Kinabalu.
Kronologi Kejadian
Menurut laporan VTS Batam, berikut adalah detail kejadian:
- 09.46 LT: MV Shandong Mission terdeteksi drifting di perairan Indonesia. Setelah dipanggil, kapal melaporkan kerusakan akibat tubrukan dengan TB Sinhin 5. Kerusakan pada kapal masih dalam tahap pengecekan.
- 09.49 LT: TB Sinhin 5 mengonfirmasi bahwa lambung kiri tongkang mengalami kebocoran akibat tubrukan. Kemiringan kapal belum dapat dipastikan.
- 10.06 LT: Shandong Mission melaporkan bahwa kerusakan ringan terjadi pada bagian kanan haluan (Starboard Bow) tanpa kebocoran atau korban luka. Kapal dinyatakan siap melanjutkan pelayaran.
- 10.08 LT: VTS Batam menghubungi Pangkalan PLP Tanjung Uban dan UPP Tanjung Uban untuk koordinasi lebih lanjut.
- 10.12 LT: TB Sinhin 5 melaporkan kebocoran yang menyebabkan sebagian muatan bata putih jatuh ke laut. Tidak ada muatan berbahaya atau korban luka yang dilaporkan, namun kemiringan tongkang diperkirakan mencapai 10°-15°.
- 11.12 LT: Dokumentasi kondisi tongkang TB Sinhin 5 diterima dari kapal yang melintas, MT Nur Huda.
- 11.48 LT: VTS Batam menyiarkan Notice to Mariners (NTM) mengenai kebocoran tongkang.
- 11.59 LT: TB Sinhin 5 melaporkan perubahan rute, kembali ke Johor dengan tali towing sepanjang 150 meter, membatalkan pelayaran ke Kota Kinabalu.
- 12.19 LT: MV Shandong Mission melanjutkan pelayarannya menuju Australia.

- 10:08 LT: VTS Batam contacted the Tanjung Uban PLP Base and Tanjung Uban Port Authority (UPP) for further coordination.
- 10:12 LT: TB Sinhin 5 reported ongoing leakage, causing some of its white brick cargo to fall into the sea. No hazardous materials or injuries were reported, but the vessel's tilt was estimated at 10°–15°.
- 11:12 LT: Documentation of TB Sinhin 5's condition was received from a passing vessel, MT Nur Huda.
- 11:48 LT: VTS Batam issued a Notice to Mariners (NTM) regarding the leakage on TB Sinhin 5.
