Balikpapan, 11 Desember 2024 – Pada hari Rabu, 11 Desember 2024, telah dilaksanakan kegiatan pencarian dan penyelamatan (SAR) terhadap seorang ABK yang diselamatkan oleh kapal MV. SIKINOS. Proses evakuasi dilakukan menggunakan Kapal Patroli KN. P 349, yang berhasil menjemput korban dan membawanya ke dermaga Semayang. Berikut ini adalah laporan rinciannya:
Waktu dan Proses Penjemputan:
- Pukul 20.00 WIB: Kapal Patroli KN. P 349 tiba di lokasi dan melakukan tender di lambung kanan kapal MV. SIKINOS.
- ABK KN. P 349: Petugas dari KN. P 349 naik ke kapal MV. SIKINOS untuk mengevakuasi korban.
- Penyerahan Korban: Korban yang diselamatkan oleh nakhoda kapal MV. SIKINOS diserahkan kepada tim SAR yang bertugas di KN. P 349.
Identitas Korban:
- Nama: Afif Efendy
- Umur: 37 tahun
- Tanggal Lahir: 28 Oktober 1988
- Jabatan: ABK pada kapal KM. Putri Ayu (kapal ikan)
- Sponsor: Putra Jepara
Kronologi Kejadian:
- KM. Putri Ayu bertolak dari Jepara dan berlayar selama 17 hari untuk menangkap ikan.
- Selama pelayaran, korban yang merupakan ABK baru mendapat perlakuan buruk dari ABK lama yang tidak menyukainya. Ia dipukul dan ditendang, serta diberi ancaman oleh beberapa ABK lainnya.
- Korban bekerja mulai pukul 08.00 WIB hingga malam hari tanpa henti.
- Karena ancaman dari ABK lama yang mengancam akan membunuhnya jika tidak melompat ke laut, korban merasa tertekan dan takut.
- Pada hari ke-17 pelayaran, dua orang ABK mengancam korban dengan pisau dan memaksanya untuk melompat ke laut. Dengan penuh ketakutan, korban mengenakan pelampung dan terjun ke laut pada malam hari.
- Korban mengapung di laut selama tiga hari sebelum akhirnya ditemukan oleh kapal MV. SIKINOS.
Penjemputan Korban: Pada tanggal 11 Desember 2024, tim SAR dari Kapal Patroli KN. P 349 menjemput korban yang ditemukan oleh kapal MV. SIKINOS dan membawanya ke Dermaga Semayang untuk mendapatkan perawatan lebih lanjut.

Time and Evacuation Process:
- 20:00 WIB: The KN. P 349 Patrol Vessel arrived at the location and conducted a transfer at the starboard side of the MV. SIKINOS.
- ABK of KN. P 349: The crew of KN. P 349 boarded the MV. SIKINOS to evacuate the victim.
- Victim Handover: The victim, who had been rescued by the captain of the MV. SIKINOS, was handed over to the SAR team onboard the KN. P 349.

Incident Chronology:
- KM. Putri Ayu departed from Jepara and sailed for 17 days to engage in fishing activities.
- During the voyage, the victim, a new crew member, was subjected to abuse by the older crew members who did not accept him. He was physically assaulted, kicked, and threatened by several other crew members.
- The victim worked from 08:00 AM until nightfall without any rest.
- Due to ongoing threats from the older crew members who told him to jump overboard or face being killed, the victim became frightened and stressed.
- On the 17th day of the voyage, two crew members threatened the victim with a knife and forced him to jump into the sea. Terrified, the victim put on a life jacket and jumped into the water during the night.
- The victim spent three days adrift at sea before being discovered by the MV. SIKINOS.
Victim Evacuation:
On December 11, 2024, the SAR team from the KN. P 349 Patrol Vessel successfully rescued the victim from the MV. SIKINOS and transported him to Semayang Harbor for further medical treatment.
