Tuban, 9 Desember 2024 – Sebuah insiden tongkang larat terjadi di Perairan Tuban pada 8 Desember 2024. Kapal tongkang Anugerah Indah IX, berbendera Indonesia, dilaporkan hanyut sejauh 3 mil laut (NM) dari lokasi labuh sekitar pukul 15.30 WIB. Meski demikian, insiden ini tidak menyebabkan pencemaran, kerugian material, maupun korban jiwa.
Kronologi Kejadian
Insiden bermula saat MT Sc Enterprise melaporkan kepada Jetty Officer Tersus Pertamina Patra Niaga Tuban tentang adanya tongkang larat dengan muatan pasir dan drum yang hanyut di perairan. Menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut, Kapal Assist TB Ratu Harbour dikerahkan ke lokasi sekitar pukul 16.30 WIB untuk melakukan evakuasi.
Pukul 17.00 WIB, TB Ratu Harbour mulai menarik tongkang menuju Tersus Solusi Bangun Indonesia (SBI). Namun, karena situasi membutuhkan penanganan tambahan, dua kapal tunda, TB Faatih dan TB Mitra Anugerah 23, serta Petugas Pandu Capt Arifin turut dilibatkan untuk membantu proses evakuasi.
Pada 9 Desember 2024 pukul 00.15 WIB, Tongkang Anugerah Indah IX berhasil bersandar dengan aman di Jetty Tersus SBI tanpa menimbulkan dampak lingkungan ataupun kerugian lainnya.

KSOP Kelas III Tanjung Pakis segera berkoordinasi dengan BUP Pertamina Port and Logistic untuk mengirimkan TB Ratu Harbour. Sementara itu, BUP Varia Usaha Bahari mendukung dengan mengirimkan TB Faatih dan TB Mitra Anugerah 23. Seluruh pihak memastikan proses evakuasi berjalan lancar dan aman.
Penyebab dan Kesimpulan
Dugaan sementara penyebab insiden masih dalam penyelidikan. Meski begitu, keberhasilan evakuasi ini menunjukkan pentingnya koordinasi cepat dan efisien antar berbagai pihak.

The Indonesian-flagged barge, Anugerah Indah IX, was reported to have drifted 3 nautical miles (NM) from its anchoring location at approximately 3:30 PM WIB. The incident began when MT Sc Enterprise reported to the Jetty Officer of Tersus Pertamina Patra Niaga Tuban about a drifting barge loaded with sand and drums. Following the report, the assist vessel TB Ratu Harbour was dispatched to the location at around 4:30 PM WIB to conduct the evacuation.
At 5:00 PM WIB, TB Ratu Harbour began towing the barge toward Tersus Solusi Bangun Indonesia (SBI). Due to the situation requiring additional support, two tugboats, TB Faatih and TB Mitra Anugerah 23, along with Pilot Capt Arifin, were also involved in assisting the evacuation process.
On December 9, 2024, at 12:15 AM WIB, the Anugerah Indah IX barge successfully docked safely at Jetty Tersus SBI without causing environmental impact or other damages.
