Berita darurat PAN-PAN disiarkan oleh SROP Tual PKE 24 melalui saluran terkait insiden jatuhnya seorang Anak Buah Kapal (ABK) di perairan Kepulauan Tanimbar. Informasi ini diteruskan dari Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Ambon yang menerima laporan bahwa pada 20 Agustus 2024, pukul 05.00 WIT, satu orang ABK terjatuh ke laut saat sedang mencari cumi di perairan Dobo, Kepulauan Aru.

Lokasi kejadian diperkirakan berada di sekitar laut Pulau Larat, pada koordinat 06°59'00.00"S 132°08'00.00"E. Hingga saat ini, korban belum ditemukan, dan pencarian masih terus berlangsung.

Tual Radio mengimbau kepada seluruh kapal yang melintas di sekitar koordinat tersebut untuk memberikan bantuan SAR (Search and Rescue) dan segera melaporkan temuan atau perkembangan terbaru kepada stasiun radio pantai terdekat. Bantuan dari kapal-kapal yang melintas diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses pencarian dan penyelamatan korban.

An emergency PAN-PAN broadcast was issued by SROP Tual PKE 24 regarding an incident involving a crew member (ABK) who fell overboard in the waters of the Tanimbar Islands. This information was relayed by the Ambon Search and Rescue Office, which received a report that on August 20, 2024, at 05:00 WIT, a crew member fell into the sea while searching for squid in the waters of Dobo, Aru Islands.

The incident is estimated to have occurred in the waters around Larat Island, at coordinates 06°59'00.00"S 132°08'00.00"E. As of now, the victim has not been found, and the search is still ongoing.

Tual Radio has called on all vessels passing near these coordinates to provide assistance in search and rescue (SAR) efforts and to promptly report any findings or developments to the nearest coastal radio station. Assistance from passing vessels is expected to accelerate the process of locating and rescuing the victim.
