Pada hari Senin, 22 Juli 2024 jam 15.30 LT pada koordinat 05.42.227 S / 109.45.089 E jarak sekitar 40 Nm mendekati Pulau Karimun kapal TB.SEA LION 03 melihat kapal nelayan terbakar sekitar jarak sekitar 1 Nm dari posisi TB.SEA LION 03. Dengan adanya kejadian tersebut nahkoda merubah haluan kapal (DEVIASI) untuk segera melakukan pertolongan dan evakuasi crew kapal nealyan yang terbakar. Pada jam 17.00 LT crew kapal TB.SEA LION 03 telah melakukan evakuasi dan melakukan pertolongan kepada crew kapal nelayan KLM.MINA SUMITRA yang terbakar dan ditemukan crew kapal berjumiah 13 orang selamat semua tidak ada korban jiwa. Menurut informasi yang didapatkan dari nahkoda kapal nelayan KLM.MINA SUMITRA kapal berangkat dari Indramayu dan terbakar pada jam 14.45 LT yang di akibatkan oleh Kompor meledak dLaut Jawa dikoordinat GPS 05.41.749 S / 109.45.142 E. saat kapal TB.SEA LION.03 melakukan evakuasi.
