TK. INDO POWER 3005 KANDAS DI PERAIRAN CIREBON | TK. INDO POWER 3005 GROUNDING ON CIREBON WATERS

Pada tanggal 01/05/2024 jam 08.00 LT, Operator VTS Cirebon memonitor kapal TB. INDO POWER 08 dengan gandengan TK. INDO POWER 3005 yang akan masuk ke alur pelabuhan Cirebon. Setelah dimonitor dari jam ternyata kapal tidak bergerak dari posisi awal/tersebut. Dan Operator VTS Cirebon kemudian memanggil kapal tersebut dan mencoba mencari informasi terkait hal tersebut. Dari kapal Operator VTS Cirebon mendapatkan info bahwa kapal hanya sedang mengapung dan tidak melakukan kegiatan apa-apa. Operator VTS Cirebon selanjutnya memberikan advice agar kapal segera bergerak dari posisi tersebut dan untuk tidak melakukan kegiatan apapun di posisi tersebut (terutama berlabuh jangkar) diposisi tersebut karena dekat dengan lokasi kabel laut bawah air PT. Marine Cable.

Pada Jam 13.12 LT Operator VTS Cirebon kembali memanggil TB. INDO POWER 08 dan akhirnya mendapatkan informasi dari kapal bahwa TK. INDO POWER 3005 mengalami kebocoran, miring dan kandas pada posisi 06°33.902'S - 108°44.567'E (10.9 NM Northeast outer bouy). Pada pukul 15.00 Operator VTS Cirebon menginformasikan ke TB. INDO POWER 08 bahwa pada jam 16.00 - 17.00 LT pasang maksimum akan terjadi di Perairan Cirebon, sehingga kiranya dapat dilakukan upaya pergerakan tongkang yang kandas. Hingga pukul 20.00 LT Operator VTS Cirebon memonitor bahwa posisi kapal tidak mengalami perubahan (masih di posisi yang sama) dan melaporkan kepada Manager VTS.  Pada pukul 21.00 LT Operator VTS Cirebon kembali memanggil kapal TB. INDO POWER 08 dan Mendapatkan informasi bahwa kapal kandas sepenuhnya. Tongkang mengalami kebocoran pada bagian kiri dan bahwa tongkang telah kandas.

On 01/05/2024 at 08.00 LT, the Cirebon VTS Operator monitored the vessel TB. INDO POWER 08 with trailer TK. INDO POWER 3005 which will enter the Cirebon harbor channel. After being monitored from the clock it turned out that the ship did not move from the initial position. And the Cirebon VTS Operator then called the ship and tried to find information related to this. From the ship, the Cirebon VTS Operator received information that the ship was just floating and not doing any activities. The Cirebon VTS Operator then gave advice for the ship to immediately move from that position and not to carry out any activities in that position (especially anchoring) in that position because it was close to the location of the PT Marine Cable underwater sea cable.

At 13.12 LT the Cirebon VTS Operator again called TB. INDO POWER 08 and finally got information from the ship that TK. INDO POWER 3005 had a leak, tilted and ran aground at position 06°33.902'S - 108°44.567'E (10.9 NM Northeast outer bouy). At 15:00 the Cirebon VTS Operator informed TB. INDO POWER 08 that at 16.00 - 17.00 LT the maximum tide will occur in Cirebon Waters, so that efforts can be made to move the barge that ran aground. Until 20.00 LT the Cirebon VTS Operator monitored that the position of the ship had not changed (still in the same position) and reported to the VTS Manager.  At 21.00 LT the Cirebon VTS Operator again called the TB. INDO POWER 08 and received information that the ship ran aground completely. The barge had a leak on the left side and that the barge had run aground.
