RCC Basarnas dan MRSC Tanjung Pinang menerima laporan bahwa pada tanggal 30 April 2024 sekitar pukul 1800 WIB, salah satu awak kapal penangkap ikan berbendera Indonesia, NAPOLEON, dilaporkan hilang dan jatuh ke laut di posisi perkiraan Lat 01-14.55'N Long 103-57.66'E. Awak yang hilang adalah Indra Kusuma Sianipar, seorang laki-laki warga negara Indonesia berusia 29 tahun yang berprofesi sebagai nelayan asal Tanjung bAlai Asahan, terakhir terlihat mengenakan kaos hitam dan celana jeans biru, dengan rambut berwarna cokelat.
Sebagai tanggapan atas kejadian tersebut, VTS Batam telah mengeluarkan siaran keselamatan untuk para pelaut agar waspada dan melaporkan jika ada yang melihat keberadaannya. Penjaga Pantai Polisi Singapura juga telah diberitahu.
Kami menerima informasi terbaru bahwa kapal TB. JNP951 diposisi Latitude 1o13.711' N / Longitude 104o00.326' telah menemukan orang dalam keadaan MAN OVER BOARD dengan ciri-ciri yang sama, dan saat ini sedang melakukan penyelamatan oleh kru JNP951 dengan menggunakan lifeboat. Mendapatkan informasi tersebut KN.KALIMASADHA – P.115 segera melaksanakan penyisiran guna melakukan pencarian korban yang jatuh ke laut di sekitar perairan TSS Selat Singapore.
Pukul 12.30LT KN.KALIMASADHA – P.115 yang sedang melakukan pencarian korban yang jatuh ke laut di sekitar perairan TSS Selat Singapore mendapatkan informasi dari TB.JNP 951 melalui radio VHF ch.74 yang berada tidak jauh dari KN.KALIMASADHA – P.115 dan menginformasikan bahwa mereka telah menemukan dan memberikan pertolongan kepada korban yang jatuh kelaut dalam keadaan selamat. KN.KALIMASADHA – P.115 WD pada posisi 01° 13’ 570”N / 104° 00’ 889”E perairan TSS Selat Singapore untuk menjemput korban selamat yang telah ditemukan oleh TB.JNP 951.
Pukul 12.45LT Workboat KN.KALIMASADHA – P.115 diturunkan dan WA dari lambung kiri KN.KALIMASADHA – P.115 untuk menjemput korban yang telah diselamatkan dan ditemukan oleh TB.JNP 951. Workboat KN.KALIMASADHA – P.115 WD sandar di lambung TB.JNP 951.
Pukul 13.16LT Nakhoda TB.JNP 951 menyerahkan korban yang telah ditemukan dalam keadaan selamat kepada petugas KN.KALIMASADHA – P.115 guna pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
Pukul 13.45LT KN.KALIMASADHA – P.115 WA dari posisi 01° 13’ 570”N / 104° 00’ 889”E perairan TSS Selat Singapore menuju perairan Batu Ampar untuk melaksanakan serah terima korban yang selamat kepada pihak KSOP Khusus Batam guna pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
