Kapal LPG/C Gas Arar Menabrak Tiang Penyangga Scaffoldin Di Jetty 1 A60 Donan Cilacap / The LPG/C Gas Arar Vessel Collided With A Scaffolding Support Pole At Jetty 1 A60 Donan Cilacap.

Sabtu tanggal 28 April 2024, Kapal LPG/C Gas Arar telah melakukan proses sandar di Jetty 1 A60 Donan Cilacap dan menabrak tiang penyangga scaffolding pada saat kejadian jetty dalam kondisi perbaikan. Berdasarkan Berita Acara No. 046/BA/ARR/IV/2024 yang dibuat oleh Capt. Rudal Basuki selaku Nakhoda LPG/C Gas Arar dijelaskan bahwa  pada pukul 14.00 LT first line spring haluan dan buritan sudah terikat dengan dermaga. Selanjutnya ada instruksi dari pihak jetty untuk kapal maju sekitar 3 meter.

Dikarenakan Arus surut sangat kuat sekitar 0,5 dm pukul 1406 LT Mooring Master instruksi Kapal gas Arar untuk mesin maju pelan sekali dan kapal tunda TB TRANSKO MURAI untuk menarik kapal menjauh dari jetty karena posisi Haluan kapal mengarah ke kanan. Namun, TB TRANSKO MURAI terlambat menarik kapal LPG/C Gas Arar, pada pukul 14.08 LT lambung Kapal Gas Arar menyentuh Ujung baut tiang penyangga Scaffolding yang pada saat kejadian jetty dalam kondisi perbaikan sehingga menyebabkan salah satu tiang penyangga scaffolding penyok dan kondisi lambung Kapal Gas Arar mengalami lecet serta jetty tidak mengalami kerusakan. Kejadian tersebut sudah di selesaikan oleh pihak kapal dan Terminal.

On Saturday, April 28, 2024, the LPG/C Gas Arar vessel commenced the mooring process at Jetty 1 A60 Donan Cilacap and collided with a scaffolding support pole during the incident while the jetty was under repair. According to Report No. 046/BA/ARR/IV/2024 issued by Capt. Rudal Basuki, the Master of the LPG/C Gas Arar, at 14:00 LT, the first line spring on the bow and stern was already secured to the dock. Subsequently, there was an instruction from the jetty authorities for the vessel to move forward about 3 meters.

Due to strong tidal currents of about 0.5 dm at 14:06 LT, the Mooring Master instructed the Gas Arar vessel to slowly advance its engine and the tugboat TB TRANSKO MURAI to pull the vessel away from the jetty because the vessel's bow was pointing to the right. However, TB TRANSKO MURAI was late in pulling the LPG/C Gas Arar vessel. At 14:08 LT, the hull of the Gas Arar vessel touched the end bolt of the scaffolding support pole, which was under repair at the time of the incident, causing one of the scaffolding support poles to dent, and the hull of the Gas Arar vessel suffered abrasions, while the jetty remained undamaged. The incident has been resolved by the vessel and the Terminal authorities.
