Pada hari Kamis tanggal 04 April 2024 sekitar jam 21.10 WITA KM. Mutiara Ferindo 1 dengan Nakhoda Edy Anwar berangkat dari Pelabuhan Lembar menuju ke Pelabuhan Tanjung Wangi tepatnya pada posisi 08°.03'.,505".S - 113°.39'.791" T antara Tanjung Anyer Poh dan Pulau Takat Jaran, kurang lebih 13NM dari Celukan Bawang telah terjadi insiden MOB (MAN OVER BOARD). Menurut katerangan Saksi Gunawan dan saksi M Angga Korban atas nama Hamdan Wibowo, bahwa diduga korban tersebut mengalami depresi atau setres karena tidak nyambung diajak berbicara. Sebelum kejadian sekitar pukul 20.10 Lt korban meminta rokok kepada saksi dan tiba-tiba korban melompat ke laut. Hal tersebut tidak dapat dicegah karena saksi tidak menyangka kalau korban akan menjatuhkan diri ke laut. Kondisi cuaca pada waktu kejadian perairan dalam kondisi tenang dengan keadaan tinggi gelombang 0-0,5 meter,angin berhembus dari barat dengan kecepatan 10 knot. Arus laut dari timur menuju ke barat. Setelah Nakhoda kapal mengambil peran penyelamatan dengan melempar alat alat keselamatan dan Kapal mengintari TKP sebanyak 6 kali putaran selama kurang lebih 75 menit namun korban belum bisa ditemukan kemudian Nakhoda melanjutkan pelayaran ke Pelabuhan Tanjung Wangi sambil memberikan informasi melalui Radio Chanel 16, Nahkoda melaporkan ke Kepanduan Tanjung Wangi dan VTS Benoa. sampai saat ini berita di buat korban an Hamdan Wibowo belum di temukan dan masih dalam proses pencarian.
